Data Deletion Request
For the sake of your personal privacy, you have the right to request us to delete your personal data. To ensure that your application is processed promptly and accurately, please carefully read the following instructions and fill out the application form as required.

You can submit your application by filling out an online form or contact us via email.
2. Delete Application Form Filling Guide
To verify your identity and ensure data security, please download and complete the “Personal Data Deletion Application Form” and provide the following information:
2.1. Applicant Information

3. What content will we delete?
After receiving your valid application, we will complete the following deletion operations within 15 working days:
3.1. Directly deleted data
Account information: username, registered email, phone number, password (hash value), avatar, etc.
Identity verification information: photocopies or photos of identification documents such as ID card, passport, bank card, etc.
Transaction and behavior data: order records, payment information, search history, browsing history, bookmarks.
Device and log information: IP address, MAC address, device identifier (such as IMEI), system logs, crash report.
Third party authorization data: associated information for third-party logins such as Google/Facebook.
3.2. Exceptional circumstances (data lawfully retained)
Protection Law, the following data may not be deleted:
Necessary for fulfilling contractual or legal obligations (such as keeping tax records for 10 years).
Involving public interests such as national security and criminal investigation.
Technically impossible (such as distributed systems being unable to locate specific data).
4. Precautions
Identity verification: If the information on the application form is incomplete, we may contact you to provide additional materials, and the processing time will be extended accordingly.
Irreversible operation: After deletion is completed, data cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.
Third party data: If your data has been independently obtained by a third party (such as a logistics company), you need to contact them separately for processing.
